Welcome to IndoQ. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use IndoQ. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.

2. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. IndoQ is designed for one device per account.

3. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

You agree to treat all members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, discrimination, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. ROLE SYSTEM

IndoQ uses a "Top" and "Bottom" role system. Top (Mard) refers to male-identifying users who primarily provide services or take the leading role. Bottom (Mard & Aurat) refers to users of any gender who both receive and provide — a versatile role. Users must select their role honestly. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

5. PRIVACY

We collect minimal personal information (name, email, mobile) to provide our services. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. ACTIVATION FEE

A nominal one-time fee of ₹1 is required to activate your profile and access the community. This fee is non-refundable except in specific cases outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. CONTENT

You are solely responsible for any content you share. Do not post illegal, offensive, copyrighted, or explicit material. IndoQ reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Users may also delete their accounts by contacting support.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IndoQ is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to user interactions, content, or technical issues.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of IndoQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
